How does Profhilo work?
Profhilo is a series of injections that contain a high level of hyaluronic acid. As we get older, the hyaluronic acid (HA) that naturally occurs in our skin decreases, which causes our skin to lose its plumpness. It is much better to inject hyaluronic acid, instead of just applying it to the outside of the skin with a cream or serum, as a higher quantity reaches the dermis of the skin (the deeper layers of the skin). When the HA is injected it acts like a sponge, absorbing water and making the skin look plumper, younger and less tired.

POST-TREATMENT:
To avoid infection you should avoid applying make-up or touching your face for 6 hours after treatment. The areas that were treated may look slightly raised and bumpy after the treatment. This will deduce the following day.
